Uses standard I/O

Uses structs, #define provided

Reads in all input appropriately

Commands are processed in loop with if/switch

There is an array of size 300,007

There are appropriate linked list and hash table functions

Header comment w/name, program, date

Appropriate variable names

Appropriate white space and indenting

Internal comments in code

Execution

– 7 pts per test case

– 5 pts for all the lines except the last two (must be perfect to get this credit)

– 1 pt for last cash on hand

1 pt for number of operations

Time Limit = 4 seconds per case (if 2 x solution speed > 4 seconds, use that number

instead)
