Imagine that you don’t have the stability to build an effective team and work in a traditional manner as we have enjoyed in the past few decades. Instead, we continue to experience a dynamic business environment (exacerbated by this also happening in life) and need to work quickly and swiftly. Oftentimes, this happens for the individual work but it also happens in the team side of work. Now that you have looked at the basics of teams, how to build an effective team, and what to consider for the team to sustain momentum toward the goal, we will look at a more modern look at teams.

2. Read the HBR article — Leadership Lessons Learned from the Chilean Mine Rescue (available from the West Library)
