Diploma of counselling scripts

Anthony Nguyen has witnessed one of his neighbours being attacked. He has nightmares and can’t stop thinking about what he saw. He started to drink regularly to forget about the event. He has had arguments with his neighbour in the past about loud music late at night and cars pulling up at all hours of the day. He suspects that the neighbour is a drug dealer and, during one of the arguments, he was threatened to mind his own business or be prepared to face the consequences. He has not taken any legal action or spoken to anyone else but he now acknowledges this is affecting his health. At the end of the session he asks if you will call the police for him and asks you for legal advice.
