Instructions Prepare an executive-level presentation and executive report that outlines the Googolplex strategy for IT financing and budget. Be sure to revise the strategy based on the feedback you received for the Week 4-7 assignments. The updated presentation and executive report should highlight the following: • Operational costs • Equipment replacement costs • Lifecycle costs for emerging technologies • Equipment sustainment costs • Forecasting personnel salary changes due to inflation or market considerations • New staff needed to manage the department and meet the future needs of the organization. • The strategy should include each of the course concepts considered in the past weeks, to include budgeting, real options in IT resource sustainment, sensitivity analysis, break-even analysis, resource depreciation methods, and strategic investment risk. • Articulate how IT investment relates to broader Googolplex strategic objectives. Propose strategic mission, vision, goals, and objectives specifically for IT financing and planning. • PowerPoint slide presentation. Speaker notes will be used to provide what you would say when each slide is shown. You will use Kaltura Capture, a built-in recording feature located in NCUOne, to record yourself presenting the presentation. (A tutorial is provided for this feature within the Week 8 Weekly Resources area, located in the top navigation bar.) The presentation will also include citations and a reference list. • Executive Report on the Googolplex IT Finance and Budgeting Strategy. This paper will summarize key points in the presentation and provide key strategic takeaways or investment decision-points for the company’s executive leadership. Use previously provided executive report template. Length: 8 to 10-page PowerPoint Presentation and 2 to 3-page Executive Report, not including title or references pages References: Include a minimum of 5-7 scholarly references. The completed assignment should address all of the assignment requirements, exhibit evidence of concept knowledge, and demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the content presented in the course.
