Regardless of whether you are thinking about going into training and development as a career, your professional life will be an ongoing process of identifying your areas of expertise, and selling others on your ability to use that expertise to solve problems. So what is one area of your expertise? Where is your skill and competence? How will you leverage that into professional success?
