1. Based on the three career development models presented in the text (Erikson’s Model of Adult Development, Levinson’s Approach to Adult Development, and Greenhaus et al’s Four-Stage Model), briefly explain where you feel you fit into each model. Depending on where you are in your career, include a description of achievements throughout your career, or your efforts to begin your career.

2. Where would you like to be 5 years from now?

3. Walk through the 8 career management activities listed in table 12-3, and write out information for each that will help you to arrive where you hope to be in 5 years. The information you provide for each activity should be sufficient, but succinct.
