Define your strategy for monitoring and controlling the flow of the project. (1 mark).
Define your strategy for mitigating the potential risks. (1 mark).
Make the necessary assumptions for the estimated costs, benefits and discount rate over three years. Then, Perform a financial analysis (NPV, ROI and Payback) for the project. (1 mark).
