1. As you read about standard selection methods, you may have noticed the statement “a measure must be reliable if it is to have any validity” (text, pg. 251). Discuss what this means in the context of your organization.
2. Tell us about a good interview experience you have had either as a job applicant or an interviewer. What made it good? Tell us about a poor experience you have had and what made it negative? How could it have been improved? If you are not able to discuss personal interview experiences of your own, explain, using evidence from the text, what factors would enable or prevent a good experience.
