Fyi: I changed the program name to Community Partnership for Children with the focus on Case Management to be evaluated.The professor is looking for the following information: Address the need in the community, support the services or the evidence of the need. What ways will the program make a difference. As an outsider what would be the first step to take to plan the evaluation. Who can you talk to to see whats going on in the program that will give honest answers. Introduction of the program: The need,the services, the outcome. Community Partnership for Children is located in Daytona Beach,Florida..Also. who will you survey, how will you survey.
