Officer Stone was told that 5 burglaries have occurred all within a two block area.  While patrolling that area, she notices Jarod, a juvenile that she knows from the area, standing around with what appears to be friends.  Fabricate five actions or tactics that Officer Stone may use to only have a “contact” with Jarod to investigate the string of burglaries.  Identify five actions or tactics that Officer Stone should warn her partner not to do to avoid turning the contact into a detention scenario.
