Part 2: The Action *Up to 25 pts

Engaged and invested in task and utilized the ‘feedback forward’ approach as described, concisely documenting process, interaction with the rationale for selection of the goal and individual chosen with whom to share it.

Part 3: Actionable Goal

*Up to 35 pts

Identifies actionable selected with brief summary of feedback the received, brief reflection and whether any plan to integrate it. Work is cited with peer reviewed literature and evidence based sources for context and to support it.

Professional Structure

*Up to 15 pts

Sources utilized are peer- reviewed and relevant – recent, unless they are seminal works, and related to topic. If this is not the case, then a rationale is provided that explains their significance. Conforms to APA 7 Style Includes at least 2-3 sources cited in APA 7 – APA style
