· Funding for the Operations (the Grant Proposal Assignment below).

· The Grant Proposal should be attached as an appendix.

This Final Paper should be 15 to 25 pages in length double-spaced and should provide both in-text citations, as well as a reference list, that is both in alignment with APA 6th edition citation form and style.
