The goal of this week’s reflection paper is to focus on an Oscar-winning performance from the 20th Century (in Week 9 you will examine a 21st Century performance.) If you’re not sure who has won an Oscar, go to https://awardsdatabase.oscars.org/ and click Winners Only and select award years 1927 to 1999. You will see who has won all awards but choose an actor or actress who has won in a lead or supporting performance. • Your choice must be cleared in advance by letting your instructor know which performance you want to cover.
