The focus is on the importance of organization’s internal capabilities for strategic success and competitiveness. Guidelines: -Use at least five (5) references from peer reviewed journals. References has to be directly related to organizational internal capabilities for competitive advantage. -Paper should not exceed five (5) pages long, double space, font 12. -References must be recent and reliable. Other references are accepted but in addition to the five articles. -your findings to be presented for discussion in class as per the assigned date.
