It has been six months since her last hospitalization. She was on Risperdal 4 mg and it stopped the voices and allowed her a full night’s sleep after she got out of the hospital six months ago. She thinks she has been taking the medication but not quite sure. She reports that she has missed three periods, and her breasts have been leaking “white stuff.” • Family History: Aunt with the diagnosis of Schizophrenia who committed suicide • Current medications: Risperdal 4 mg and multivitamins • Medical History: negative • Substance use: 2 packs of cigarettes per day
