This assignment offers an opportunity to analyze competent leadership. You'll explore leadership theories, styles, and effectiveness by analyzing them through the dual lenses of concern for production (characterized by job-centered, task-oriented leadership that initiates structure) and concern for employees (entailing relationship-oriented leadership that demonstrates consideration for team members).
