If you were the defense attorney representing the defendant, would you have encouraged him to accept the deal?  If you were the prosecutor, would you have offered the plea deal?  If you were the judge, would you have accepted it?  Explain your responses and support them with the articles, video, and information you reviewed in Module 2.   

The News Journal Entry should be 1-2 pages. You don’t need headings, a title page or a separate reference page.  You do, however, need to cite your sources and cite where required in the entry.  For source citations, as per the grading rubric, just write 

Reference (center and bold this)

…at the end of the entry after the last paragraph, and then cite your source in proper APA format as you would on a separate reference page.
