Nursing Question

You will be doing a nursing assessment on a family member or friend for this assignment. You will need
access to this person for a future assignment as well where you will be recording yourself teaching
them, so please keep that in mind when picking someone.
? Using the skills and knowledge you have gained so far this term, perform a nursing assessment
on your chosen person and fill out the form provided.
? Choosing someone that has some type of disease process might make this easier.
? As always, include a title page and page numbers in accordance with APA format.
It will be easier if you interview someone who has some medical problems, but isn’t required.
In this first portion of the assignment, you will be filling out the included template based on doing an
assessment of your chosen person. You will act as if you are admitting this patient to the hospital, and
you are doing the initial comprehensive assessment.
Please interview your designated person and complete the assessment. Be as thorough as possible. This
information will be used later on in future assignments.
