Discuss and justify it.

B. Management is the process of developing a plan that guides the company as it strives to accomplish its vision, mission, goals, and objectives and to keep it from straying off its desired course. The first step in strategic management is to develop a clear vision and translate it into a meaningful mission statement. The mission statement focuses on today and what the organization does to achieve it. The vision statement focuses on tomorrow and what the organization wants to become. Search and write the vision and mission for a company as an example, then discuss if it satisfies and adheres to the elements of successful strategies.
