Effectiveness of the Process of Developing the Evaluation Tool
The evaluation process was very crucial and developing an effective tool to determine the performance of the classroom management was necessary. Therefore, the tool had to ensure that teachers and students meet the set by the education authorities in the school district and internally in the school. Therefore, the effectiveness of developing this tool was guided by the guidelines and expectations of these two institutions. However, I needed up-to-date data, therefore, the tool had to include the current status of the learning programs, thus, and it had to be reliable. Thus, the process of developing this tool was in-depth, informed by expectations from the school district and the school.
Future Evaluation
The evaluation of the classroom is an internal process, like many other learning processes it is not dynamic but keeps changing with time (Constantinou & Wijnen-Meijer, 2022). Therefore, in the future when conducting classroom evaluation, there are a few changes that I will make in the process such as developing a more technology-based tool and taking into account the changes in the school district’s classroom expectations. Thus, I believe my future evaluation will have new items, while I will also maintain some items from the previous evaluation tool. I will also include questions about individualized learning paths which I did not include in the previous tool but I have learned about in the course materials.

Educational leaders play a vital role in collaborating and encouraging teachers by creating a conducive environment that will help the teachers succeed. Therefore, from the evaluation activities and data obtained, educational leaders can help in classroom management by providing constructive criticism and ensuring there are meaningful evaluations. Thus, the educational leaders need to have meaningful open discussions that will help the teachers by giving specific feedback from the evaluation. Similarly, from the classroom evaluation, they can establish open-door policies that will encourage active listening, this open communication will promote issues raised in the evaluation most constructively.
Best Strategies
Educational leaders can use various strategies to ensure that they support teachers through the information they receive from classroom evaluation. One of the best strategies is planning, if the educational leader sets clear, realistic, and engaging goals, the teachers will have better ideas and they will develop lesson plans that adhere to these tools. Secondly, the classroom is not just a mere learning delivery medium, it should also be designed to ensure that students exercise critical thinking and have healthy discussions. Educational leaders can develop a collaborative strategy that involves both the teacher and student performance. Thus, I support the use of these analytical tools by educational leaders because they will inform them on the best strategies to employ.
