that you are unfamiliar with. Examples of professional organizations are listed in Chapter 12
(Mental Health Organizations) of your book.

Provide answers to the following: (Total of 5 points)

1) What is the mission (or purpose) of the organization and their target
population? Who they serve and why? 0.5 point

2) Discuss one current initiatives/projects/activities they are involved in that you
find interesting and indicate why you think it is interesting. 1 point

3) Discuss one publication, conference, or resource they offer that you find
interesting and indicate why you think it is interesting. 1 point

4) What is your overall impression of how the website was organized (user
friendly, informational, etc.). Describe the strengths and weakness of the website? 1 point

5) What is value of the organization to you as a student of mental/emotional
health AND to professionals in the field? 1 point

6) Would you recommend the website to others? Why or why not? 0.5 point
