Business Administration Tasks Within Management Roles

1)The business administration task such as planning, training, and developing will be handled by the different levels of management. It will also depend on the size of the organization that will play a role in what level of management will handle certain task. The vice president has to be able to clearly communicate the vision and the goals of the organization to the other leaders. So, depending on the size of the organization there may be more than one vice president, so each department of the organization may have a different objective. For instance in the higher education sector there are different departments such as academics, admissions, and financial aid. Each department has a different objective and goal for their department but as an organization the main goal is retention of the student. Each leader must create a strategic plan that will help ensure their team to increase student retention which is the organizations overall goal. In this type of organizational structure you may have shareholders that can dictate the vision but the goal would still remain the same. As a leader they must be able to properly train the staff, improve their technology, create reports and projections that will have an impact on the reaching the goal.
2)The each of the team member manager will share ideas and plan of the company to their team. For example, the Vice President will share goal to sales director then director will share the goal to their sales manager and sales manager will share the goal to sales rep. Then all the team will have clear understanding of the team goal. The goal will divide to each of the sales manager based of the team skills and knowledge so the project will be achieved more faster and get it completes. First the management will do the planning on the goal and organizing based of the individual based of the sales manager requirement. The goal will be divided and planned for individual manager and sales rep team will be working toward complete the goal. The Vice President will lead and monitor the progress of the goal that is assigned to each of their sales director. Throughout the goal the sales director will monitor and lead the sales manager progress on the goal on what is planned for each of the region manager and progress the team is currently on. The sales manager will lead the sales rep team member. It is important that the controlling on the goal is being done throughout the time while the team is working on their goal because this will make sure that all the team member is doing what is supposed to be done. Leadership skill is one of the most that will create an successful completion of the goal of the company.
