Sinusitis: A 38-year-old male presents to the office complaining of a headache, ears feeling full, sore throat, facial pain, nasal congestion, green rhinorrhea, and nonproductive cough x7 days. He states he has these same symptoms about 2 wks ago and his symptoms improved at that time but now symptoms have returned. He denies fever. He has tried otc cold and sinus medication with mild relief. He is allergic to PCN. He takes no routine medications. He had left arthroscopic knee surgery when he was 20. He is a lawyer and has been extremely busy lately with court cases. He does not smoke. He drinks a couple bourbons per week. His father has hx of HTN and mother with hx hypothyroidism. V/S: b/p 130/72, HR 78, RR 16, temp 97.1. Ht: 70″. Wt: 195lbs
