An 89-yeqr-old female presents to the office complaining of dizziness. For the past 3 months, about 1 to 2 times per week she gets “dizziness spells” which she claims is near faint but without LOC. Associated symptoms include lightheadness, decreased vision and hearing. Each episode lasts about 2 to 10 min and stops when she lays down. She went to ER twice with these episodes and all her her tests including CT, CTA and MRI were normal. Her EKG was normal as well. PMH significant for HTN and she is taking Lisinopril 20 mg every day and HCTZ 25 mg every day. BP in the office is 102/50 mmHg both arms. What is the next step in the evaluation of this patient?
