Wigle.net® is a website that gives you geographical maps with locations of wireless networks. It has recorded more than 400 million networks from almost 6 billion observations since 2001. It has maps for almost every single street in the United States. It also has maps for Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
Supporters of Wigle.net drive around and collect observations automatically. Then they upload these observations to Wigle.net to be included in the geographic map. They also collect general statistics about the network observations. This is a fun website to see the vast number of wireless networks that are in operation where you live.
