Smoking Among Teenagers Transtheoretical Model Intervention Essay

Submit a summary of a health behavior theory that could be used to develop a health education intervention related to the group’s health topic. Theories to consider: HBM, TTM or PAPM, SCT, or TRA/TPB. 

This summary should include:
1. Explain why the theory selected would be ideal for your intervention (citing appropriate sources of
previous studies using the theory).
2. Identify 3 constructs from the theory and discuss how each construct would be *applied* to your group’s
intervention. Provide specific details on what program strategies or activities you would use supported by
literature of previous program activities pertaining to your health topic (cite appropriately!).
o There should be 3 paragraphs: 1 for each construct application discussion.
3. Use at least two (2) peer-reviewed journal articles (empirical articles), cite them in your rationale
statements. You must have a reference list at the end of your paper.
4. Paper must be written in APA format. Including headings, in-text citations and reference list.
