This assessment requires you to: Using the Gibb’s reflective tool, write a reflective report on the two (2) different professional interactions you had from Assessment task two (2). Include in your report how your interaction contributed to the health outcomes of the patient/patients involved, including how you applied principles of wellness to your nursing practice, in your care provided. You must also identify one (1) primary health and one (1) tertiary health care agency/service that you could recommend for the patient/s to assist in improving their health outcomes. Clinical Placement Reflection Template provided in Moodle Assessment Task 3. Your report must include all components as described in the criteria below and submit by the due date in order to meet requirements. You have three (3) attempts to satisfactorily complete the assessment. Where additional attempts are required, further instruction will be provide by your assessor.
