I propose to present a current events speech on how the Powerball rules were tweaked to make the game an even bigger rip-off. The three main points I will focus on in my speech are:

1. The size of the jackpot and the nationwide frenzy. 2. How Powerball officials changed the rules last July thus producing the national frenzy/outcome. 3. What are the actual percentages for a person to win the big Powerball?
