CRF/CKD d. Bipolar depressive type e. CML f. Osteoporosis g. Hypothyroid h. Atrial fib i. Hypertension j. Diabetes He takes the following medications and treatment a. 2 L/min Nasal cannula to keep O2 sat above 92% b. Coumadin 3 mg MWF c. Lanoxin 0.25 mg po daily d. Atenolol 25 mg po daily e.
