As case management services are delivered across various settings and populations of individuals, case managers often need to assume multiple roles in order to best provide services to their clients. One aspect of human services case management may involve providing effective services for individuals involved in drug-related crimes.

Read through the 10 components described in the report on pages 13-15 and apply the role(s) the case manager is performing in each component.
