I believe success in consulting demands effective communication, analytical skills, and adaptability. Effective communication skills allow consultants to articulate complex ideas to clients' needs. Analytical skills are crucial for problem-solving, and adaptability ensures consultants can navigate diverse client environments. Relationship-building skills foster trust and aid collaboration (Block & Nowlan, 2020). Business acumen is indispensable for understanding client needs and proposing practical solutions.

2. What do you hope to gain from this course?

I want to improve my consulting skills. Gaining a deeper understanding of strategic frameworks and methodologies will enrich my problem-solving skills. I also intend to develop exceptional client management skills and craft recommendations that suit an organization perfectly. Additionally, learning more about change management and how to execute projects effectively will help me become a better consultant.

3. What consulting role do you best subscribe to and why?

I am inclined towards the role of a strategic advisor. This position resonates with my love for appraising business predicaments and finding answers that help maintain a firm's viability.
