Analyze the importance of procurement in the project management process.
What are the main considerations for program, portfolio, and project management?
Discuss whether procurement can be eliminated or replaced by alternate organizational activities.
Discuss what unintended consequences occur in the project management process when procurement is poorly executed.
Discuss how leadership (include project managers) addressed these procurement challenges.
Be sure to properly organize your writing and include an introduction, headings/subheadings for the body of your work associated with each of the numbered items above, your analysis/suggestion, and a conclusion.
