Introduction
I’m going to tell you a story. It’s a story about me, and it happened eight years ago when I was 25 years old.
You would be sad for a very long time.
If you were diagnosed with HIV, you would be sad for a very long time. You might feel afraid of death and fear that your life will never be the same. You may also be angry with God or anyone else who may have caused this disease to happen to you. A lot of people go through periods where they’re lonely because they don’t know how many friends or acquaintances have been affected by HIV/AIDS in their lives

If you were diagnosed with HIV, the first thing that would cross your mind is fear. Fear of dying from the disease or from an accident. Fear of infecting others with it, even if they are in a monogamous relationship with you and have no intention of having sex with anyone else (or at least for some time). Fear that people will treat you differently because of this diagnosis, or even worse: not care about what happened to make them feel this way.
And then there’s stigma: being treated differently by friends and family members because they think we’re sick; being cut off from loved ones who may think we’re dirty or bad; losing jobs due to discrimination based on stereotypes about HIV-positive individuals—these things can all lead to depression over time if left untreated!

It’s important to remember that it’s not about being “punished” by God (or anyone else), but rather learning from our mistakes so as not make them again in the future.

You can live a long, healthy life with HIV. The virus that causes AIDS has been used to track its progression in people who have had it for years, and it’s become clear that there are many steps you can take to keep your immune system strong so that the virus isn’t too strong for you: taking medicine regularly (often daily), eating right (including plenty of fruits and vegetables), getting enough sleep every day—and abstaining from drugs like methamphetamines and heroin will also help reduce exposure to other infections or other types of damage caused by drugs. In addition to these lifestyle changes, there are medications available which will make sure the levels stay within normal ranges so they don’t interfere with other aspects of your health like fertility or cell growth/division which could lead directly into organ damage or even death!
