Using the case study that you selected for your final project, develop a schedule for executing the procurement process. This should include a summary of the inputs and assumptions used to develop the schedule, a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) that identifies the procurement activities, and a spreadsheet-style table similar to Figure 4-8 or a GANTT-style diagram similar to Figure 4-9 in the textbook. Describe the significance of procurement scheduling to project success.
