Working at a company is like being on a team. You have to work with your coworkers, respect them and help them out when they need it. If you’re not following these simple rules in the workplace then you could be costing yourself money and running the risk of getting fired!

If you don’t do it, someone else will have to do it. And if they don’t do it, they will get fired. So if you want to keep your job and be a good employee at the same time, then make sure that you are doing all of your own work—for example: making sure that everyone is signed up for health insurance; updating employees’ resumes; making sure there are no outstanding invoices or contracts; etc…

Respect your coworkers.

Respect your coworkers. Treat them with respect, be nice to them and don’t gossip about them in front of others. Don’t be selfish or rude, don’t bully anyone else at work, and most importantly: don’t snitch on people who are doing things wrong!

Keep the company’s information private.

In order to keep the company’s information private, you must be careful with what you share. You should not share any personal information or passwords with anyone who does not need it for work purposes.

It is also important that you do not use your own devices to access company data—this includes both laptops and smartphones. If a device becomes lost or stolen, it can lead to serious security issues for the business as well as yourself personally!

You’ll be able to earn respect from your team members as well as improve your own professional skills by showing that you’re willing to take ownership of problems that arise from working together effectively in an office environment

• Always take responsibility for your own actions, even if these actions are not intentional on purpose; this way others can feel safe working closely with someone who understands that mistakes happen sometimes – even big ones like forgetting appointments!
