In order to promote workforce diversity within an organization, it’s important that all employees feel comfortable in their environment as well as contribute positively toward a shared vision.

Diversity is about more than just hiring practices. It’s about having a diverse workplace culture, which includes:

Diversity policies and practices vary by organization, but there are several common characteristics of these policy types:

Steps to Implement Diversity in the Workplace
