Introduction
If you’ve ever wondered why you feel stuck in your life, or what makes people different from one another, personality type is a good place to start. Personality types are the basis of our personalities and can be measured on a scale of 1-5 (with 5 being very extroverted). Knowing your Myers-Briggs type can help you understand why you feel how you do and how best to approach challenges in life.
Introverted vs. extroverted

Introverts are more likely to be shy and quiet.

Sensors and intuitives are two of the most common personality types.
Sensors tend to focus on facts, details and physical objects. They enjoy working with data and information that can be quantified—like numbers or percentages. Sensors prefer more practical things like cars or computers over abstract concepts like art. They also tend to be less imaginative than other personality types (though some might argue this isn’t true).
Intuitives are more interested in ideas than facts; they tend to think outside of the box when solving problems or coming up with solutions for new situations. They often make great writers because they’re able to come up with unique ways of seeing things! Intuitives often prefer creative work over career advancement based on logic alone; however if an intuitive is able then he/she will have an advantage over someone who doesn’t possess these skills.”
Judgers vs. Perceivers
If you tend to be a Judger, you like making decisions and being in control of your life. You’re practical and down-to-earth, with a tendency towards perfectionism. You like structure in your life.
If you find yourself more inclined toward Perceivers, then that means that while no decision is too small for consideration—and therefore no possible outcome too complicated—it’s all about flexibility when it comes to deciding how things should turn out (and what they’ll look like). This can be especially true when it comes to relationships; as long as there are options available for both parties involved, chances are he or she will take advantage of them without much thought given towards what might happen next.

Judgers’ personal habits include being organized, neat and tidy, punctual (or “time conscious”), and decisive when making decisions about how someone else should be treated—whether it’s the boss or the waiter at dinner!
