Using Gordon’s Functional Health Patterns framework (p. 130 in your e-text), assess the health risks in your community.
In your community assessment paper, include the following:

Likewise, large type, large margins, large indentations, triple-spacing, increased leading (space between lines), increased kerning (space between letters), and any other such attempts at “padding” to increase the length of a paper are unacceptable, wasteful of trees, and will not fool your professor.

The AE pattern can help you manage your weight because it shows how much physical activity it takes to maintain your weight at the same level over time; if someone has high levels of daily activity and low levels of sedentary behavior, then their body will be better able to burn calories without gaining weight—and conversely if someone has low levels of daily activity and high levels of sedentary behavior then their bodies will gain more weight over time due to excess fat accumulation

The sleep-rest pattern (SLEEP) is the most fundamental and common pattern of the HPHM. This sleep pattern occurs during a person’s inactive stage between sleeping and waking, when they are most susceptible to stress, exercise or diet that may affect their ability to fall asleep or stay asleep. Sleep disruption can lead to poor performance on cognitive tasks such as decision making and reaction time in work environments where these abilities are important for job performance.
The NU includes all aspects of human health: physical function; mental function; social interaction; emotional wellbeing/mental health; quality of life etcetera – including healthy lifestyles such as exercise & nutrition habits.

Self-perception is the way you see yourself, while self concept is a more general way of looking at things. Self-concept is about your overall sense of who you are, whereas self perception is about what’s happening at that moment.
