Health care management is a complex and challenging field. Health care providers, managers, and health policy makers all play important roles in ensuring that patients receive the best possible care. This paper will discuss the challenges facing management of healthcare in organizations.

There is a lack of capacity with the health care workforce

There is a lack of capacity with the health care workforce.

Health care professionals are needed to provide services, but they are not always available or affordable. For example, many countries do not have enough trained doctors or nurses to meet demand. In addition, financial resources are limited and often do not cover all expenses associated with training new medical practitioners.

Governments also contribute to this problem by failing to promote health care education at all levels from primary school through postsecondary institutions and ensuring that funding for these programs remains stable over time (i.e., does not fluctuate depending on economic conditions). This means that people must take time away from work or continuing their education if they hope one day become a registered nurse or doctor themselves!

Healthcare management can be formidable in its own right and when you start thinking about how healthcare organizations operate on an everyday basis, it becomes clear why this is true: There are many aspects of managing people, processes and technology that require careful attention if organizations want to succeed at delivering quality healthcare services across multiple sites or across multiple countries.
