Task 1:
As a trainee in PETRA Group Consultancy Company, you have to prepare guidance documents contains a critical evaluation for the steps of the negotiation process and present valid solutions for dealing with issues that can arise, for example Time Pressure. Through assessing the considerations and key steps required for negotiating and generating deals from the different perspectives as procurement perspective and source perspective. Through mentioning the weakness and strength points.

· Bargaining and problem-solving.
· Closure and implementation.
Finally you need to Explain the negotiation, Give careful consideration to all factors or events that can affect the negotiation, clarify the importance of negotiations especially in B2B and B2C relationship and why its happens. And who are the stakeholder of negotiation and parts of it.
