management proposal on how the organization might adopt a technology trend to improve
the quality of the health care delivered to organization members. This process allows you
to analyze management’s role in information technology initiatives.

o Explain how this technology will integrate into a specific type of organization.

o Evaluation:
o Explain how this technology will make a difference to the health care organization
(the impact of the technology on patients and/or providers).
o Explain how the technology will be evaluated against the intended purpose and
function.
o Explain the manager’s responsibilities in evaluating a new technology.
o Recommended Next Steps:
o Propose adopting a system and the justification for your recommendation.
o State next action items or a timeline to adopt the system.
Cite at least 2 scholarly, peer-reviewed sources to support your proposal; format according to
APA guidelines.
