12250I need a 500 word Essay for a scholarship application. Attached is an article on what I want to use as a lay out of an endeavor. Basically because of what happen to Vinterrious(me), they donated AED systems to the schools.
A significant endeavor is the outcome of identifying a need and taking the lead to create a meaningful solution that impacted (or continues to impact) your community, society, or school. The endeavor could involve an intellectual challenge, research problem, ethical dilemma, barrier, or something that impacted you personally. It may be rooted in community/service learning, research, the arts, journalism, advocacy, public affairs, etc. Judges do consider originality, initiative, degree of difficulty, results, and any benefit to society as a whole.

Describe a time that you identified a significant need in your community or on your campus and took the lead to create a meaningful solution that impacted your community, society, or school.

To receive maximum points, you should address all four prompts below in your essay as you discuss ONE endeavor:

1.Briefly describe your endeavor and explain how you identified the need. If it was part of a group effort, what individual role did you play?
2.How did you take initiative to address a solution?
