Last week you analyzed the legal merits of Lee v. Friendspot. As you may recall, your research established that the contract between Jenny Lee and Friendspot was voidable because Jenny Lee was a minor. *I will attach last week assignment*

And I think you could have done a better job of explaining what happens/how her being a minor affects the legality of the contract and charges. In communications with a client you want to be assertive and present a plan of attack, rather than offering options. As a general rule the client doesn’t have the training/education to determine the applicability of statutes/case law and they are looking to you to tell them how to best resolve the legal issue.
And you don’t generally use headings in clients letters, you want them to be conversational and easy to follow and understand.
