The purpose of this activity is to sharpen your skills in determining what type of visual (chart, table, graph) is most suitable for a given set of numerical information. Use Excel to create visuals for the two following sets of data. 1. Figure One Results of the organizational communication survey show that the majority of employees (50%) prefer email-based daily briefs and updates while 33% of employees prefer app-based updates on Slack and only 17% would rather have weekly updates on the company’s Workplace platform. 2. Figure Two The company’s allocation of employee benefits across all workgroups has fluctuated significantly in the last five years.
