Part C-
Continue and complete your work on the school improvement plan. The school improvement plan should be in the form of a paper. Follow APA 7th edition, however, an abstract is not needed. The format of the paper should include an introduction, six sections labeled, a conclusion, and references. The S.I.P. should include the following six sections:
1. Vision – A personal statement that describes your vision for your context as a teacher leader.
2. Needs Assessment – Briefly describe the purpose of your needs assessment and who will be involved. Fully develop the needs assessment and include it in the paper or provide a link to the needs assessment.
3. Goals and Objectives – Write one overarching goal for the S.I.P. and at least two measurable objectives (follow the ABCD format).
4. Implementation – Describe how you plan to implement the S.I.P. This should include a timeline from planning to completion, when you plan to measure, who will be involved and how will they be involved, and a plan for sharing results.
5. Measurement of Objectives (data collection) – Describe how you plan to measure the objectives. There should be at list three measurement tools described, the measurement tools do not need to be fully developed only described.
6. Assessment of S.I.P. (data analysis) – Describe how you plan to assess the results.
