Use 12-point font (Times New Roman or Calibri) and ensure your paper is left aligned with a right ragged margin
Your letter should be single spaced and have standard margins (1″ on all sides)

Use a proper salutation and closing

Don’t forget to include information about how the company can reach you –your phone number, email address, etc.
