Sweden culture is well known in the world for its respect to environment and commitment to sustainability (Daun 2021). They also lead in organic culture, recycling and renewing energy. Sweden is a society that is based on equalism and individualism and everybody in the country is always satisfied with what they have at hand regardless of anything that comes their way. It is a country that withholds people with great hearts and also people who you can never be dull when with them although at first, they may seem to be shy.

This therefor upholds traits that are quite easy and fast to adapt as a business person with passion and zeal of achieving the best. Summit company having been in the market for quite some time, it shows that they may have or else they have all the traits that go hand in hand with the Sweden culture and believe. In terms with school registrations activities, in order to ensure equalism is upheld, the organization can avoid issues to do with racism and also issue to do with undermining some student. Incase any student does not qualify for the services being offered by the organization, the summit group can offer a career talk with the student and the student will finally have a routeto follow.

This will be like giving back to the community and trying to equalize the less fortune and the rich in the community. This will be in accordance with the culture of the country. The company can also be offering to offer after sale services such as offering career talks to the children in the community. Many gestures can b practiced by the company that will help the company blend with the cultures of the country. The summit company can offer to be aiding the schools in doing some activities.

Not forgetting about the love and treasure the country has to the environment (Gangaas,et al 2015), the summit company can be offering to plant some trees around its withins. They can also be offering their customers with some trees or else dustbins to put their littre in. they can also be having awareness day where they will be advising people on the benefits of taking care of the environment and how to do it. This will be easy fro the company to blend easily with the culture and belief of Sweden country.
