What needs to be included in the proposal (you do not need to develop a proposal for this assignment; I just want you to think about what would be included in the proposal). Be sure to include your plan to collect the data and your argument as to whether or not the guard should be armed and/or be available 24/7, as well as what else would need to be included. HINT: you will want to include costs and benefits for example as well as other things.

Also include what can be done to address the problem of angry, emotional patients, families and visitors.
