This memo will discuss the rationale (reason for the policy), benefits, costs, and the time frame for executing the new dress code policy. You may use your experience/or imagination and add appropriate content to make the memo realistic. You may also draw from your personal work/volunteer/internship/externship experience with appropriate examples to support your references.
