Choose a topic: Identify a behavior or concept that could be studied in psychology.

Give a little background about your topic: What led you to the topic? What are your thoughts about the topic? Why is the topic important and how does it show up in larger society?

Share your thoughts about the topic based on your personal experiences or observations and then select an article that is an example of some research that has already been done on your topic.

Locate a peer-reviewed RESEARCH journal article that examines the behavior or concept that you selected. This article will serve as a model of research conducted on your topic.

Consider the weaknesses of the study in the article? How would you improve this study?
